Permissions and Responsibilities
Client Authorization and Responsibilities For any street marketing action organized by VERSUS Communication "EYE SCREEN", it is imperative that the client ensures that the necessary authorizations are obtained in advance. These authorizations are essential to guarantee the smooth running of the action and avoid any dispute or interruption. Authorizations to obtain: 1. Municipal authorization: •Permit or agreement required to carry out activities in public spaces (streets, sidewalks, squares, etc.). •The procedures with local authorities are the responsibility of the client. 2. Agreement of private owners: •If the action takes place on private property (parking lot, shopping center, etc.), it is necessary to obtain written authorization from the owner or manager of the place. 3. Agreement of event organizers: •If the action is planned on the sidelines of an event (trade fair, fair, festival, etc.), the client must ensure the authorization of the organizers for any activity on site. 4. Specific Authorizations: Any other permit or authorization required by local or national regulations (for example, for the use of sound equipment, displays, etc.). Customer Responsibility: •Obtaining authorizations: All administrative procedures and costs associated with these authorizations are the responsibility of the customer. •Consequences in the event of non-compliance: In the event of absence of authorization or refusal by the authorities, VERSUS Communication “EYE SCREEN” cannot be held responsible for the cancellation or postponement of the action. Commitment of VERSUS Communication “EYE SCREEN”: •We remain available to advise and guide you in your administrative procedures if necessary. •We are committed to fully collaborating to ensure the success of the action, in compliance with local regulations.

Force Majeure Clause
Exceptional circumstances beyond our control may cause delays or disruptions to the action schedule. Examples (not limited) •adverse weather conditions•traffic jams or exceptional traffic conditions•road accidents or other unforeseen incidents•illness or incapacity of team members•strikes or labor disputes•vehicle breakdowns•... In such circumstances, VERSUS Communication "EYE SCREEN" cannot be held responsible for any resulting delays and will endeavor to reschedule the action as soon as possible if necessary and/or feasible. Our commitment remains constant to achieving the set objectives, and all reasonable measures will be taken to minimize the impact of exceptional circumstances on the quality and punctuality of the mission.
